Managed the design, development and reconstruction efforts on a 4,500 sq ft single family home with an additional 600 sq ft ADU unit and eco-pool. Guided the client in assembling the full team of consultants to deliver the desired goals and objectives focusing on the development of an energy efficient, passive home. Conducted a historic review of the original home to ensure feasibility of the reconstruction efforts. Prepared and processed land use entitlements including design review, heightened design review, encroachment agreement, tree removal permit and ADU permit.  Assisted in due diligence and research of neighboring property for potential purchase and facilitated neighbor outreach and ongoing community relations.
