French Garden Residence

Brodie managed the design and construction for the extensive remodel of a 5,400 SF single-level private home on a 1- 1⁄4 acre lot in the hills of Monte Sereno. Brodie assembled the entire project team and ensured steady construction progress was maintained while the site was occupied. Interior renovations included the expansion of the great room, game room, bar, and kitchen, with custom skylights, millwork, and decorative painting. The exterior work included the ground-up construction of a dining pavilion, pool pavilion, and outdoor kitchen, along with extensive landscape improvements, including a chef’s vegetable garden. Exterior work also included upgraded AV and security systems, as well as emergency power supply and fire prevention systems for the main house.
