Peninsula Steakhouse

Brodie managed the design and construction of the remodel a steakhouse in San Carlos, CA. A part of an iconic San Francisco restaurant group in business for over 30 years, the San Carlos restaurant underwent a full remodel including interior and exterior upgrades and expansions, MEP upgrades, kitchen reprogramming, all new kitchen equipment, and reprogramming of the front of the house. In total, 7,500sf of interior space was remodeled and the exterior was expanded to facilitate a total seat count of 202.
