Project overview
Santa Clara University aimed to construct a state-of-the art Library and Learning Commons for its growing campus. Brodie managed the environmental impact report, facilitated city planning commission presentations, and secured the final permit. Throughout the year-long design process, Brodie worked closely with stakeholders to guarantee their vision and expectations were met. During construction, our team oversaw all contract management of the general contractor, independent consultants, and specialty vendors and served as the critical conduit for communication and coordination between the university staff, project team, and city personnel. Lastly, we oversaw the complete activation process, including furnishing installations, technological fit-out, and faculty/staff integration.
