Limelight Hotel Aspen

Brodie supported the renovation of a luxury hotel that had been redesigned to capture the surrounding beauty and adventure of Aspen. Renovations encompassed the guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, meeting space, lounge, F&B outlet, exterior doors, stucco, and the upgrade of all heating and cooling systems. From pre-construction through closeout and activation, Brodie provided comprehensive on-site project management services for the 125-key property. Additional services included development of the comprehensive project budget, management of the procurement and installation of the FF&E, and support of design review and administration during construction.
