Brodie provided entitlement support on a 25 acre boutique winery to evaluate opportunities for expansion. Once assessed, Brodie provided design, permitting, and construction management for significant civil and landscaping upgrades throughout the property, leading the design team through permit implementation related to a production building, tasting room, new parking lot, landscaping, and property signage. Brodie is currently managing the remaining civil and landscaping construction for a private tasting area and remodel of an existing Tasting Room.
