Parking Structures

The continued growth of Santa Clara University resulted in the need for two multi-level parking structures so Brodie worked with University officials to minimize the impact of parking on scarce campus land. We provided full project management services, including the environmental impact reports as well as the entire permitting and construction processes. Highlights include the incorporation of specialty Campus Safety and Transportation offices, a 400kW photovoltaic array, and numerous electric vehicle charging stations.
