Private VC Office

Brodie supported the owner through the design, construction, and procurement of FF&E for their updated 5,000sf luxury, alternative investment office in San Francisco, CA. The project scope included the installation of a new roof, all new MEP systems, and structural modifications such as relocating the stairs and cutting in a new skylight. In addition to the major modifications to the interior spaces, the project adhered to strict sustainability goals and, with the addition of solar panels and a rainwater panel collection system, the office achieved LEED Gold Certification.
