University Residence Halls

Brodie led the successful realization of three distinct residence hall projects at Santa Clara University. We oversaw the design, permitting, and construction of a cutting-edge four-story residence hall featuring twelve unique “neighborhoods,” each equipped with its own amenities. Brodie also led the renovation of Swig Hall, Santa Clara’s tallest building, bringing it up to modern standards within a swift three-month timeframe. The project included comprehensive updates to ensure ADA compliance, alongside a complete refurbishment of common areas and dormitory rooms. Lastly, Brodie facilitated the consolidation of two existing dormitories. From design and entitlement to construction and activation, we orchestrated the project’s execution within a tight three-month timeline to minimize disruptions to students.
