Vineyard Chateau

Brodie provided owner’s representation and construction management services for an 80-acre vineyard estate in Napa Valley that burned during the 2020 Glass Fire. The successful claim negotiation was managed directly with the client’s insurance adjuster, requiring a preliminary project estimate for submittal, a complete project bid out for backup for submitted costs, and documentation of all pre-existing conditions. Brodie managed a separate effort to inventory all contents to be submitted for reimbursement, which resulted in 100% of project costs being covered by the claim.
