Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant

Brodie managed the design and construction of a water and wastewater treatment plant for a ground-up master planned community settled on 650 acres of Trust tribal lands, consisting of 145 new residential dwellings and 30,000 sqft of commercial entitlements. The wet utility system consists of a 750k gal Water Treatment Plant, a 375k/gpd membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment plant, 40mm gallons of recycled water reservoir storage and a 180-acre vineyard, grassland and community recycled water irrigation distribution system.
