Collaborated with Managing Directors to oversee design, construction, property damage construction defect claims, contract negotiation, and risk management for 5-star mixed-use ventures. Utilized expertise in master planning, design, construction, contract structuring and legal matter resolution to facilitate and guide full cycle real estate development.

Collaborated effectively with CEO and Resort Senior Leadership Teams, overseeing internal and external professionals to achieve Division goals. Managed all division activities: policy implementation, financial planning, development, acquisitions, asset management, and legal resolution negotiations. Led entitlement, master planning, design, construction, and risk management projects nationwide, coordinating closely with Legal/Risk department to establish consistent procedures and effective resolution of multiple construction defect litigation matters.

Co-founded GCS, a Heavy Highway/Civil Infrastructure, General Contracting firm operating in WV, KY, and VA. Became President and 100% stockholder by 1998 responsible for all corporate financial and operational obligations. Profitably transitioned the company in 2002.
